Tuscany Cycle - $550.00. Note: there is a $200 surcharge if bringing your own bike (bike case).

Payments

A non-refundable deposit of AUD$1,000.00 p/person; per trip is required at the time of booking and must include this booking form to be completed at the same time. Details for deposit payments will be emailed separately by a Solo Bike member. We will then invoice you for the remainder of the cost, which must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the commencement date of the tour. It is recommended that you purchase a “cancellation” insurance policy at the same time, which will cover you in the event that you have to cancel as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is a compulsory condition of acceptance as a participant on Solo Bike trips. Details of your insurance must be emailed to a Solo Bike representative. Your travel insurance must cover you for cancellation, loss of deposit, loss of luggage and personal belongings, medical, personal accident and liability cover. Solo Bike reserves the right to cancel your participation if you are unable to provide proof of insurance.
